J Tomlinson help clients create, maintain and refurbish all manner of facilities to deliver modern emergency services to the community and protect the general public.
With a detailed understanding of the Police and Crime Commissioner, Fire & Rescue Authority, NHS and NHS Trust Ambulance services’ requirements we are at the forefront of blue light services. As a specialist in this area we are acutely aware of the changes by Government to enable closer working, stock rationalisation and increased sharing of back office functions and the challenges this brings for our clients.
Providing Facilities Management services and refurbishment works for the first Joint Property Vehicle in England, developed from Government’s One Public Estate initiative, and having worked with Emergency Services for over 20 years we have a detailed understanding of your requirements, challenges, budget constraints and the importance of maintaining 24/7 operational facilities. This will become increasingly important with further devolution plans, stock rationalisation and joining of Emergency Services.
Our experience also gives us detailed knowledge of the various age, condition, location and function of your buildings; the very specialist technology we must install, service and repair and the importance of effective communication and engagement with your estates teams and frontline operational staff.
As a leading provider of new buildings, refurbishment works, M&E improvements and Facilities Management services for all the Emergency Services we can provide a complete package for your estates.
