Our Regeneration department deliver capital works and planned improvement works. We are experienced in elemental work streams, whole house and deliver both short term specialist works and long term programmes to suit our customer’s budgets.

Our extensive experience includes replacing kitchens and bathrooms, reroofing works, windows and doors, aids and adaptations, internal and external decoration and all associated works to provide a complete refurbishment solution.

As a leading provider to the Social Housing sector we have developed a range of services which focus on customer care, resident engagement, efficiency, community benefits and value for money for our clients.

Working in over 70,000 occupied properties every year, J Tomlinson understands the importance of effective resident engagement and communication to ensure the successful delivery of the works. Our Resident Liaison Officers work sensitively to create effective relationships between onsite teams and residents. We work closely with Registered Providers to tailor our service to the individual needs of residents to ensure we respect their homes.

We value openness, honesty, transparency and work collaboratively with you and residents to develop lasting successful relationships.

Mr & Mrs Mitchelson have had a new kitchen fitted and it has been designed to suit Mrs Mitchelson who is disabled. It has taken less than a week to be stripped out, plastered and rewired with the addition of an extractor fan, lights and electric sockets lowered so that Mrs Mitchelson can reach them from her wheelchair. The kitchen has been re-tiled and painted and the floor has also been strengthened and tiled.
Mr & Mrs Mitchelson are really pleased with it and I cannot praise the workmen enough for their politeness and help. I visited Mr & Mrs Mitchelson today and I must say it is a good job done!
