To support the HR function in providing an administrative support function to the outlying business areas. To ensure all HR documentation is completed accurately. To support the Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner in their day to day activities.
Specific Responsibilities
·         Support with all recruitment activity and the employee journey, including advertising and recruitment. Inputting into the HR system, creating ID badges, processing fit notes and return to work documents

·         Social Value – support the company’s contract bids and social value activities by identifying and liaising with local community partners, recruitment agencies, schools and colleges, through attendance at job fairs, mock interviews, etc.

·         Support as appropriate all the HR administration associated with the policies and processes in place.

·         Provide HR administration support

Communication – Communicates effectively and appropriately, listens sensitively, adapts communication to audience and fosters effective communication with others

Creativity and Innovation – Develops new insights into situations; questions conventional approaches; encourages new ideas and innovations; designs and implements new or cutting edge programs/processes.

Teamwork – Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead

Flexibility – Modifies his or her approach to achieve a goal. Is open to change and new information; rapidly adapts to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles.

Adaptability – Adjusts to changing environments whilst maintaining effectiveness

Desired/Essential Criteria
  • Willing to work towards/already has professional HR qualification (CIPD Level 3)
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality
  • Microsoft Office suite of packages
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus

·         Flexible and adaptable

Full training will be provided.
