Due to increasing works within our Maintenance department, we are looking for a Service Caretaker in the East Midlands.
Please note that an Enhanced DBS Disclosure will be required before commencing works. All roles are permanent and full-time positions at 40 hours per week 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Overtime or out of hours working may be required as well as being part of a call out rota.
Due to increasing works within our Facilities Management department, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Caretaker to join our team working across the East Midlands
This will be a permanent and full time position at 40 hours per week 8am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to be on a call out rota and do overtime where applicable. DBS disclosure will be a mandatory requirement before commencing works and Police vetting may be required.
- General handyman duties
- To carry out monthly visits
- Tap temperature testing
- Emergency light function testing
- To deliver materials to site
- To Unblock drains
- To assist other trades including joiners, builders and plumbers when required
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties within the contract at your supervisor’s/Manager’s request.
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and qualifications;
- Extensive experience within a similar role
- Extensive experience within the commercial sector
- Asbestos Awareness
- CSCS Card (Desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
