Maintaining a Strong, Award-Winning Partnership
J Tomlinson has enjoyed a long-term relationship with Riverside since 2017, working together to undertake improvement works to the client’s housing portfolio, which comprises both individual properties and supporting housing, sheltered and retirement living schemes. Projects undertaken in partnership with Riverside have included kitchen and bathroom replacements, heating upgrades, as well as general refurbishment, redecoration and remodelling.
Earlier this year, the partnership between the two organisations was recognised at the 2021 NHMF Awards, in which a homeless scheme set up and refurbished specifically for members of Manchester’s LGBTQ+ community won the Best Customer Impact title.
