Trent and Dove required a partner to deliver their gas servicing, maintenance and installation works including a 24/7 emergency call out facility. J Tomlinson were engaged in 2010 to deliver the works and provide enhanced service delivery for the residents, with the contract re-secured in 2014

Trent & Dove required a partner to deliver ground source heat pumps to 193 of their rural, off-gas properties comprising 1-2 bed bungalows, which were being heated by night storage heaters.
Trent & Dove - an organisation passionate about combating fuel poverty - wanted to replace the heaters with install ground source heat pumps (GSHP), a retrofit heating upgrade that would minimise fuel emissions, keep residents warm, and reduce costs.
Located on Hundred Acre Lane in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, A1 Housing are currently working towards the Governments Decent Homes programme. To help achieve this, the J Tomlinson Repairs and Maintenance team were successful in securing the planned void property repair works to bring homes up to this rentable standard.

In 2018, The Riverside Group appointed J Tomlinson to undertake kitchen and bathroom replacements/conversions across over 200 properties across Leicester, Stoke, Kettering and Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
