J Tomlinson appointed on EEM Property Improvement Works framework

J Tomlinson has been appointed on the EEM Property Improvement Works Framework to a number of different lots.
The Nottingham-based company has been selected for planned domestic property improvement works of £250,000 to £1m in the Midlands and also wider coverage, along with planned domestic property improvement works of more than £1m in the Midlands and wider area.
J Tomlinson scored first place on all four lots.
In addition, J Tomlinson has been selected for commercial and corporate building improvement works lots covering both the Midlands and wider coverage with values of less than £250,000, £250,000 to £1m and more than £1m.
The company scored first place in two of these lots.
J Tomlinson has also been successful on the lot which covers kitchen and bathroom works schemes of more than £500,000, across the Midlands and wider coverage.
J Tomlinson regeneration director Antony Newton said: “As a company that works extensively in the housing provider sector, J Tomlinson is delighted to have secured a place on the EEM Property Improvement Works Framework on so many lots.”
J Tomlinson has been on the EEM framework for the planned domestic property improvement works since May 2015 until it came to an end in December 2019, but now the company has also been appointed on kitchen and bathroom improvement works and commercial and corporate building improvement works too.
This latest framework runs for four years.
