J Tomlinson Head of Business Development Appointed As Chair At Women In Social Housing (WISH) Humberside & Yorkshire

J Tomlinson are proud to support Head of Business Development, Lindsey Mills in her appointment as Chair of Women In Social Housing (WISH) Yorkshire & Humberside.
Lindsey Mills has been promoted to Chair of the Women In Social Housing (WISH) Yorkshire & Humberside committee, a prominent network platform to raise the profile of women within the construction industry. Her promotion has come after fulfilling her duties as Deputy-Chair on the board since 2022.
The WISH Yorkshire & Humberside board committee currently consists of 15 members, made up of women representatives from leading companies within the social housing industry, including Anchor, Yorkshire Housing, Leeds Federated Housing, South Yorkshire Housing Association, Accent, and Wakefield District Housing.
Lindsey’s role will see her taking lead in co-ordinating networking events, working closely with other WISH committees across the country, and overseeing membership administration duties, assisted by Area Manager at Anchor, Nicola Rhodes, as the newly appointed Deputy-Chair.
Lindsey said: “WISH is a highly respected organisation within the social housing sector, promoting vital career pathways for women and opens doors for various opportunities.

J Tomlinson, which was founded in Nottingham the 1950s, works primarily across the Midlands, Yorkshire and Northern and Central England.
