J Tomlinson Kickstarts Four-Year Partnership With Platform Housing Group

J Tomlinson are pleased to have started our kitchen and bathroom scheme with Platform Housing Group, the largest social landlord in the Midlands.
The contract will consist of kitchen, bathroom, and wet room replacements for homes across Platform Housing Group’s Midlands portfolio.
The kitchen and bathroom programme is set to be situated across the West Midlands, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, and Lincolnshire, targeting a property portfolio of 29,500.
The contract was the first to be awarded via the CHIC All Under One Roof Dynamic Purchasing (DPS); developed to secure efficiencies and savings for housing associations and local authorities.
Platform Housing Group own and manage over 47,000 homes across the Midlands comprising of affordable rent and shared ownership.

J Tomlinson, which was founded in Nottingham the 1950s, works primarily across the Midlands, Yorkshire and Northern and Central England.
