Our service includes design, installation and commissioning of all the building services necessary to provide the end user with sustainable and efficient buildings.
We have a proven track record of working collaboratively throughout the project lifecycle, with the end user or the main contractor, consultants and the design team as an integral part of the project team providing assistance and advice. Our approach leads to long term relationships and repeat business which benefits both customer and contractor.
We have extensive experience in delivering M&E projects within health and education sectors. As a Midlands based contractor with various regional offices we have the capacity to deliver projects nationally.
With in-house design capabilities including mechanical and electrical designers we are highly experienced in the use of BIM and CAD technology, and working to BREEAM and Passivhaus standards.
Our mechanical and electrical installation teams implement the BSRIA Soft Landings approach to our handover procedures. We ensure that sufficient time is allocated to providing the end-users with training in the use of their building services effectively and efficiently.
As part of our Integrated Solutions approach, we can provide a Facilities Management package on our Mechanical & Electrical projects.
