Triple success, as J Tomlinson is shortlisted for three awards at the EEM Building Communities Awards 2020

J Tomlinson is celebrating the news that the company has been named as a finalist in three categories of the EEM Building Communities Awards 2020.
The firm has been shortlisted as Contractor of the Year, Partnership of the Year – for the partnership between J Tomlinson and Nottingham City Homes – and for Project of the Year (over £3m) for the Dagfa House student accommodation scheme in Beeston, Nottingham.

J Tomlinson is sponsoring the In-House Maintenance Team of the Year Award at the event. Finalists in this category include Derby Homes, North West Leicestershire District Council, Resolve Solutions (Golden Lane Housing) and Repair 1st (Stockport Homes).
The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 28th February at the Athena in Leicester. This is the fourth year that J Tomlinson has attended the event, which attracts almost 500 guests.
TV personality, actor, presenter, vocalist and professional speaker Des Coleman will present the Building Communities Awards 2020.
J Tomlinson, which was founded in the 1950s, works primarily across the West Midlands, East Midlands and Yorkshire, supported by a network of offices and depots.
