Refurbishment services
We have successfully delivered major and minor refurbishment schemes, with our core expertise spanning the healthcare, education, student accommodation, commercial, heritage and high security sectors. Working alongside such a wide range of clients, we have developed tried-and-tested processes enabling us to overcome all manner of time, logistical and spatial constraints.
Engineering services
As part of J Tomlinson’s Integrated Solutions approach, we provide the extra benefit of a full turnkey solution, with in-house Engineering Services including design, commissioning, installation and aftercare.
We also provide direct-to-client services including Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering, as well as air conditioning and vent installation and maintenance. This presents additional benefits for our clients, including energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, and best value system installations.
Working within live, operational environments
A large portion of refurbishment schemes are delivered within live, occupied buildings, where maintaining the operational capability and the safety and security of occupants and visitors is of paramount importance. Excellent forward planning and close communication with our clients are instrumental in helping us to ensure minimal disruption whilst we enhance your facilities.
