In 2017, J Tomlinson was appointed on a five-year elemental heating and bathroom replacement framework with Housing & Care 21, which is due to expire in 2022. The framework covers both East and West Midlands, and has so far seen J Tomlinson working across schemes in Loughborough, Worcestershire and Nottinghamshire.
Since 2016, J Tomlinson has been employed by Nottingham City Homes to undertake major maintenance works as part of an ongoing Planned Maintenance programme. The scope of works is immensely varied and includes major structural projects, roofing, underpinning, and more.
Since 2015, J Tomlinson has undertaken kitchen, bathroom installations, rewires and associated pre-survey works as the primary contractor working on behalf of Midland Heart. Working across the West Midlands, our team operates in Dudley, Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton
In 2018, The Riverside Group appointed J Tomlinson to undertake kitchen and bathroom replacements/conversions across over 200 properties across Leicester, Stoke, Kettering and Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
After acquiring the Steel Park Trading Estate in Wednesfield, Goold Estates wanted to develop approximately 70,000 sq. ft of high quality industrial/warehouse units on the land, which would then be commercially sold on or let. Following a comprehensive tender process, J Tomlinson was selected as the main contractor on the project.
In 2014, J Tomlinson was selected as Derwent Living's contracting partner. This long-term partnering contract covers cyclical property improvements across Derwent Living’s housing stock spread across West Midlands, Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire; covering a range of property types, including non-traditional, listed, medium-rise and high-rise dwellings.
J Tomlinson work closely with Bolsover District Council to provide a complete facilities management service covering planned, reactive and project works tailored to their operational requirements.
Following its significant growth, marketing solutions provider, Linney, required the development of a new design studio, comprising large open plan offices and access to a roof terrace on the first floor, with meeting, presentation, studio, and editing facilities on the ground floor with feature staircase. The project also included new car parking, landscaping and an integrated café facility.
