Working in over 90,000 occupied properties every year, J Tomlinson understands the importance of effective resident engagement and communication to ensure the successful delivery of the works. Our Resident Liaison Officers work sensitively to create effective relationships between onsite teams and residents. We work closely with Registered Providers to tailor our service to the individual lifestyle, physical, emotional and language requirements of residents, ensuring they are fully accommodated and supported from the beginning.

Low Carbon and Renewable Building and Maintenance Services
